Alpha Wraps Orlando - 1 Year Automotive Wrap Service Warranty

This Service Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Alpha Wraps Orlando ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Customer") of an automotive wrap installation ("Service") performed by the Company. This Warranty is designed to outline the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide warranty coverage for the Service provided. Warranty is not valid if there is an outstanding payment on the vehicle for any reason. 

Warranty Coverage:

1. The Company warrants that the automotive wrap installation performed by our skilled technicians will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion.

2. During the Warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any portion of the automotive wrap installation that is found to be defective in workmanship or materials. The determination of whether repair or replacement is necessary will be made by the Company's authorized representatives.

Exclusions:

1. This Warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from:

   • Normal wear and tear, including fading, color changes, or minor scratches.

   • Improper maintenance, cleaning, or care of the wrapped surface.

   • Accidents, collisions, intentional or accidental damage, or vandalism.

   • Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the wrap.

   • Exposure to extreme weather conditions, chemicals, or other environmental factors.

   • 7 years or older vehicles: Due to the age-related wear and tear that naturally occurs on older vehicles, we are unable to offer our standard warranty on any services provided. Vehicle age is a significant factor in determining the longevity of vehicle customization, and as such, we cannot guarantee the same results as with newer vehicles.

   • While we will always strive to deliver the best results possible, customers should be aware that the performance, durability, and longevity of our services may be impacted by the vehicle’s age. Any issues arising as a result of the vehicle’s age, including but not limited to, paint deterioration, rust, weakened adhesives, and compromised areas are not covered under this warranty. This policy ensures transparency and sets clear expectations for our clients. We appreciate your understanding and trust in Alpha Wraps.

Claim Procedure:

1. In the event of a warranty claim, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within the warranty period.

2. The Company reserves the right to inspect the claimed defect and determine whether it is covered under this Warranty.

3. If the defect is deemed to be covered, the Company will schedule a repair or replacement at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

1. This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defects in the Service provided by the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the Service, including any loss of profits, business, or data.

Time to Completion:

1. At Alpha Wraps, we prioritize quality and efficiency in all warranty repairs. However, due to existing bookings and the nature of wrap services, we may require up to 60 days to complete any necessary warranty repairs. This time frame allows us to work around other pre-scheduled appointments and ensure your vehicle receives the attention it needs.

2. If there are multiple repairs required under warranty, we recommend booking them separately to minimize the time your vehicle is in our shop. Failure to do so may result in an extended repair period as we complete all necessary repairs within the provided 60-day window.

Governing Law:

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

By availing the automotive wrap Service from Alpha Wraps Orlando, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Durability: Alpha Wraps Orlando guarantees that the ceramic coating applied to your vehicle will maintain its protective and hydrophobic properties for a period of 6 months from the date of application. This warranty covers any noticeable decrease in water beading and dirt repellency during normal use.

2. Application Quality: We assure you that the ceramic coating application will be performed using professional-grade techniques and materials. In the unlikely event of any defects arising from the application process, Alpha Wraps Orlando will address and rectify the issue promptly.

Warranty Conditions:

1. Regular Maintenance: To ensure the validity of this warranty, the vehicle must be maintained according to the care guidelines provided by Alpha Wraps Orlando. 2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, collisions, improper care, or neglect. It also does not cover damage caused by the use of abrasive cleaning agents or automatic car washes.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your ceramic coating is not performing as expected within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Alpha Wraps Orlando at alphawraosorlando@gmail.com to discuss the issue with our customer service team.

2. Provide proof of the original ceramic coating application by presenting the service receipt and any other relevant documentation.

3. Our team will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, arrange for an inspection to determine the cause of the issue.

4. If the issue is found to be within the scope of the warranty, Alpha Wraps Orlando will rectify the situation in a timely manner.
